Mission & Impact
Our mission is to honor Robert’s legacy by funding research into duodenal and other rare cancers, raising awareness of the diseases too often left in the shadows, and cultivating a community of hope for the families who face them. We fund the early, high-risk research that large funders pass over — including promising approaches like drug repurposing.
Our vision: a world where no rare cancer is overlooked — where every family facing a rare diagnosis finds answers, research, and hope already rooted and waiting for them. About 1 in 4 cancer diagnoses is a rare cancer, yet these diseases remain under-researched and underfunded. We exist to change that.
